Pre Emergent Crabgrass + Fertilizer
Applied April - early May

This granular pesticide application mitigates crabgrass germination and other common weeds from sprouting in the early spring/summer while keeping your grass green and healthy. (Watering recommended)

Weed Killer + Fertilizer
Applied May - early June
​
This liquid pesticide application will kill-off and control common broadleaf weed growth while maintaining a green, flush, and healthy lawn. (Watering recommended within 48 hours of application)

Grub & Insect Control + Fertilizer & Weed Spray
Applied June - early July (Only included in the 6 step program)

This granular pesticide application deters grubs and other insects from pestering your lawn in addition to further controlling common weed growth. (Watering recommended within 48 hours of application)

Lawn Inspection for Pre Emergent Crabgrass + Liquid Spot Spray
Applied in August (Only included in the 6 step program)

This liquid pesticide is applied directly on common weeds and areas with post-emergent crabgrass. Due to the higher temperatures this time of year, no nitrogen fertilizer is used in this application. (Watering recommended within 48 hours of application)

Weed Killer + Fertilizer
Applied September - early October

This liquid pesticide application will kill-off and control common broadleaf weed growth while maintaining a green, flush, and healthy lawn. (Watering recommended within 48 hours of application)

Winterizer + Fertilizer
Applied October - early November

This granular application without pesticides helps your lawn store food for the winter months and also encourages rapid growth and rooting in the spring. (Watering recommended within 48 hours of application)

Our soil enhancer is applied in the early spring and helps your lawn in the following ways:​

Mosquito, Flea & Tick Prevention
It's no secret that mosquitos, fleas and ticks are prevalent in the western New York region and are often the culprit of ruining many summer nights with friends and family. Let us help rid your yard of pests all season long or while you prepare for a special one-time event. Our pest prevention applications come in two forms:

Pesticide Application - With use of our backpack fogger, this application is the most effective at eliminating pests. Our fogger allows us to spray all your foliage including up to 30' into trees and hedges. This product not only kills mosquitos on the spot, but repels against them up to 28 days.

Organic Application - Also applied using our backpack fogger, this application is still a successful method for eliminating pests. The primary difference is the longevity of this treatment compared to the pesticide application. Organic applications repel mosquitos up to 21 days.
